Privacy Policy
Publisher
Neon Drift: Survivor (the Game) is published by SI Games Studio. The Game is designed to collect as little information as reasonably necessary. The publisher does not ask players to provide a name, email address, phone number, mailing address, contacts, photos, precise location, or player profile.
Game data stored locally
The Game stores gameplay progress and preferences locally on the device. This includes items such as scrap, permanent upgrades, unlocked cosmetics, mission progress, scores, survival time, and audio/settings preferences.
The publisher does not operate a server that receives or stores this gameplay save data. Android cloud backup and device-to-device backup of the Game's local save data are disabled for this release. Players can delete local game data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the Game.
Advertising and Google services
The Android version uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads for limited advertising at natural breaks in play. Advertising is not required for the core game to function, and the Game remains playable offline.
Ad requests are configured for non-personalized advertising, and the Game explicitly removes permission to access the Android Advertising ID. Even with these settings, Google Mobile Ads automatically processes and shares limited device/network and app-use data needed for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Google's Mobile Ads SDK disclosures identify data such as IP address (which may estimate approximate/general location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and device/app/account-related identifiers supported by the SDK.
Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is included to present consent or privacy choices when required for a player's region and configuration. The Game includes a Privacy control that can open Google's available privacy-options interface.
The publisher does not add a separate analytics SDK, social login, cloud save service, or advertising profile database.
Internet access and offline play
Internet access is used for advertising and Google's consent/privacy services. Core gameplay and local progress do not require an internet connection. If an advertisement, consent request, or privacy service cannot connect, gameplay continues without blocking the player.
Data retention and deletion
The publisher does not retain the Game's local save data on a publisher-controlled server. Local save data remains on the device until the player clears app storage or uninstalls the Game. Information processed by Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP, and participating advertising providers is handled according to their own retention, security, consent, and privacy practices.
Security
The Game does not transmit local progression data to publisher-operated servers. Google states that data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Children
Neon Drift: Survivor is not directed to children under 13. The release configuration is intended for an audience that excludes children under 13. If the target audience changes in the future, the advertising and privacy configuration will be reviewed before that change is published.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the Game's features, advertising SDKs, legal requirements, or publisher practices change. The current version will remain available from within the Game and at this public policy page.
